Perfect short break
I cannot thank Sue and Dave at Trefoil enough for making us so welcome and providing such a perfect place for our visit to Torbay. The room was spotless with lovely fluffy towels. Fresh milk was provided to make drinks in the room and breakfast was one of the best we have had staying away. Fresh fruit salad with a great mix of fruit and the Full English breakfast was cooked to perfection. With the guest house just a short walk from the harbour we were able to leave the car rather than search for parking. We thoroughly recommend this lovely guest house if you are staying around Brixham

DIRECT BOOKINGS - A prepayment deposit charge of 15% of the TOTAL room booking price will be taken at the time of reservation.
The REMAINING BALANCE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE TAKEN 14 days before arrival. The balance to pay is auto-generated through our system using the same card used to pay the deposit.

BOOKING.COM bookings
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For all cancellations outside of this period, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

DIRECT BOOKINGS - CANCELLATIONS
15% deposit which is fully refundable up until 14 days before arrival date.

DIRECT BOOKINGS 100% of the total price of the booking WILL AUTOATICALLY BE TAKEN if the booking is cancelled within the 14 days before arrival, or in the case of a no-show full payment will be taken.

Any early departure by Guests will be deemed as a cancellation and 100% of the total booking will be charged.

Should it be necessary for us to amend your booking we will contact you immediately, we will endeavour to make alternative booking arrangements in agreement with the Guests to another local Guest House.

General Policy

Trefoil Guest House Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions shall apply to all Guests and any payment/deposit in respect of a booking shall constitute the Guests acceptance of the terms and conditions of Trefoil Guesthouse.
During your stay we will not service your room daily. Towels are changed after every 3 nights. If you require your room to be serviced please ask. When staying 4 nights or more your room will be cleaned and the bedlinen will be changed. We will check with you first!

Parking - 2 spaces on the front or free on road parking opposite or adjacent side roads. Guests park their cars at their own risk and Trefoil Guest House accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.

Check-in time 3:00pm to 7.00pm - When possible we will contact you either by text, email or phone to confirm your arrival time.

Liability of the Guests
All guests are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages caused to Trefoil Guest House premises and/or its contents and will be charged.

Data Protection- Data gathered during the booking process will be held through our secure online booking management system following the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We would like to retain this data after your visit to be able to inform you of future offers. If you would prefer us not to hold this information please inform us during registration.
All credit/debit card details are managed securely following all PCI compliance requirements.

Guests:
Must not cause or make undue noise or disturbance. In the case of unacceptable behaviour guests will be asked to leave and the booking will be considered a cancellation
Must not bring/use any illegal or hazardous substances within the Guest House premises and will be asked to leave and their booking cancelled.
Must not bring non-paying visitors onto the premises without prior consent of the Trefoil Proprietors.
The Proprietors of Trefoil Guest House are not liable for any loss or damage to the Guest/s belongings
Trefoil Guest House has the right to detain a Guest's belongings until they settle the bill.
